Package Price: $5,900

- Free phone consultation, regarding your dream wedding and all the details to make it happen. 

- Discuss the wedding budget 

- Comprehensive venue search
- Select reputable vendors for your event

- Create and maintain a wedding planning checklist, site inspection

-Coordinator attendance and assistance at the wedding ceremony rehearsal/event set-up

- Coordinator services on the wedding day/event for up to 12 hours

- Event emergency kit

- Event Timeline

- Consultation call to review the timeline with clients and send the approved timeline to all coordinating vendors.

- Personal management of wedding/event day itinerary, vendors and wedding party including:

  • Inventory and take responsibility of wedding day items (programs, menus, seating, and or escort cards, unity candle, guest book, pen, cake knife, toasting glasses, etc.)

  • Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries on-site 

  • Work with service providers to ensure proper set up of ceremony and reception

  • Assist with set up - ceremony items, seating cards, menu cards, toasting glasses, cake cutting set, favors, guest book, gifts, special touches, etc.

  • Gather any personal items remaining at the end of the event (the items mentioned above)

  • Ensure that everything at the venue is cleaned according to the contract

- Unlimited email and phone questions.
