- Consultation call to go over the timeline with clients and send the approved timeline to all coordinating vendors.

- Personal management of wedding / event day itinerary, vendors & wedding party including:

  • Inventory and take responsibility of wedding day items (programs, menus, seating, and or escort cards, unity candle, guest book, pen, cake knife, toasting glasses, etc.)

  • Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries on site 

  • Work with service providers to insure proper set up of ceremony and reception

  • Assist with set up - ceremony items, seating cards, menu cards, toasting glasses, cake cutting set, favors, guest book, gifts, special touches, etc.

  • Gather any personal items remaining at the end of the event (the items mentioned above)

  • Ensure that everything at the venue is cleaned according to the contract
