- Consultation call to review the timeline with clients and send the approved timeline to all coordinating vendors.
- Personal management of wedding/event day itinerary, vendors and wedding party including:
Inventory and take responsibility of wedding day items (programs, menus, seating, and or escort cards, unity candle, guest book, pen, cake knife, toasting glasses, etc.)
Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries on-site
Work with service providers to ensure proper set up of ceremony and reception
Assist with set up - ceremony items, seating cards, menu cards, toasting glasses, cake cutting set, favors, guest book, gifts, special touches, etc.
Gather any personal items remaining at the end of the event (the items mentioned above)
Ensure that everything at the venue is cleaned according to the contract
